Foot patrol (09/04/2026)

More open space coverage was on the agenda today with Rick and Lee visiting Central Park, before moving on to Rush Green (6.40 miles).

Passing Bardag lake to reach Hooks Hall Drive (9.50am), Birch and Ely Gardens were visited followed by Park Drive, Grove and Home Gardens (10.04am, p).

Fir Tree Walk and Tony Rawson Way were patrolled en route to Parkside House to check in with security and LBBD staff.

1.2 miles of Central Park was covered, including all 4 playgrounds and the Pitch 'n' Putt (10.42am, p), to say hello to the park's visitors.

Fels Field made way for Valentines Way (11.06am), with Great Cullings, Eastbrook Drive and Fels Farm Mews (11.29am, p) also seeing a presence. It was then back via The Chase lakes.
